Objective: determine the indications and optimal conditions for carrying out antiblastoma therapy in patients who have suffered from COVID-19 by individualizing the terms, treatment regimens and accompanying therapy taking into account clinical and laboratory characteristics. Methods and apparatus: clinical-instrumental, immunological, hematological, radiological, morphological, statistical, Respons 910 biochemical photoelectric automatic analyzer, SUNRISE TECAN microplate photometer, Spektr + diagnostic complex, Spirocom spirographic complex, CHISON 17 diagnostic ultrasonic device, XN-L550 hematological automatic analyzer. Theoretical and practical results: Proven that in cancer patients in the post-epidemic period, heart rhythm disturbances in the form of extrasystole are 2,5 times more common, and disturbances in the function of external breathing are more than 2 times more frequent, not related to the volume of lung tissue damage according to SCT data in the acute period. A probable decrease in the number of eosinophils and monocytes was noted in combination with changes in the subpopulation of lymphocytes (the number of CD3+HLA, CD4+, CD8+ and NK-cells), which indicates suppression and exhaustion of the antitumor response. A decrease in the quality of life of 64,5% of patients, impairment of cognitive functions in the form of decreased concentration of attention and impairment of long-term memory was established. Novelty: obtained data on the residual phenomena of covid infection in oncological patients of various primary localizations and stages of the disease. The effectiveness of implementation: saving medicines, materials, bed days. Field of use: oncology, medical radiology.  Product Description popup.authors Artiukh Serhii Volodymyrovych Bilyi Oleksandr Mykolaiovych Bilozor Nataliia Volodymyrivna Bobrova Vladyslava Maksymivna Vasyliev Leonid Leonidovych Verbytskyi Maksym Volodymyrovych Hladkykh Fedir Volodymyrovych Hryshchenko Tetiana Petrivna Hromakova Inna Serhiivna Zolotarova Tetiana Hennadiivna Kiiashko Olha Borysivna Kolomatska Viktoriia Volodymyrivna Kulinich Halyna Vasylivna Lysenko Viktoriia Mykolaivna Liakhovska Nataliia Viktorivna Maistrenko Ihor Oleksandrovych Nasonova Alla Mykolaivna Pidlisnyi Ruslan Anatoliiovych Perepelytsia Anna Olehivna Polozova Mariia Volodymyrivna Prokhach Nataliia Eduardivna Prokhorova Elvira Borysivna Pushkar Olena Serhiivna Pshyshevska Liudmyla Anatoliivna Simbirova Anna Serhiivna Simonova-Pushkar Larysa Ivanivna Samofalov Ihor Oleksandrovych Svynarenko Andrii Viktorovych Slobodianiuk Olha Volodymyrivna Sorochan Pavlo Pavlovych Sukhina Olena Mykolayivna popup.nrat_date 2023-01-05 Close
