Using enzymatic methods of separation of racemic indenols and subsequent functionalization of the synthesized enantiomerically pure compounds, indenol derivatives of a high degree of optical purity were obtained. Enzymatic deracemization of derivatives of dehydroindenols, dehydroindenidiols, vicinal cycloalkanes was carried out and new optically active substances were obtained. Synthesized enantiomerically pure (1S)- and (1R)-1-hydroxy- and 1-fluoroalkylphosphonates, which are convenient chiral synthetic blocks for obtaining new biologically active substances. Synthesized chiral phosphonobenzaldehydes, which are chiral reagents for obtaining phosphonic analogues of phosphotyrosine. Synthesized C-P analogs of phosphotyrosine as a representative of kinase enzymes that modify specific proteins by adding a phosphate group, in a process known as phosphorylation. The structure of the compounds was confirmed by NMR 1H, 19F, 13C, 31P spectra. A method of asymmetric oxidation of asymmetric sulfides using a chiral titanium tetraisopropoxide/tert-butylhydroperoxide/(S)- or (R)-binol complex was developed, which allows obtaining sulfoxides of all possible absolute configurations with a high enantiomeric excess.
