The purpose of research: theoretical analysis of the subject area, data collection and development of stress management methodology and increasing the resilience of the troops. Research methods: modern methods of the theory of decision making under uncertainties, modern methods of the theory of dynamic games, methods of dynamical systems and stability theory, methods of artificial intelligence. An algorithm for finding approximate optimal costs for conducting information operations under conditions of uncertainty is proposed. It is proved the existence of a stability set for a nonlinear disturbed system, that can describe the process of information dissemination and development of human potential in complex nonlinear conditions. A method of analyzing messages in Telegram channels has been proposed and implemented, which allows predicting the reactions of readers and news. The growth of Russian pro-war communities in Telegram was studied, as well as the impact of centralized promotion of propaganda Telegram channels on the growth of audiences of small, specialized channels was evaluated.
