Objectives: to develop a new mathematical apparatus and new mathematical methods for modeling and forecasting epidemic threats in conditions of risk and incomplete information. Research methods: Methods of nonlinear non-smooth analysis, convex and non-convex stochastic programming, methods of theory of random processes and fields, methods of forecasting and statistical evaluation. Results and their novelty: 1. Mathematical models were developed to optimize control over the behavior of stochastic epidemiological processes. 2. New dynamic models of multi-stage stochastic programming have been developed to assess the occurrence of epidemic threats. 3. Algorithms for finding optimal solutions for assessing the occurrence of epidemiological threats have been developed. 4. Software tools for finding optimal solutions in problems of epidemiological safety have been developed. 5.
