ENERGY CROPS, MICRO ELEMENTS, MISCANTUS, DRAINED PEAT SOILS, GROWING TECHNOLOGY, YIELD, The object of research is the technological processes and agrotechnical measures of the cultivation of giant miscanthus and the patterns of growth and development of plants on the drained peatlands of the Forest Steppe of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to optimize the influence of the main factors of increasing the productivity of energy crops (miscanthus giant) and their technological indicators of the quality of biomass for processing into solid biofuel on the drained organic soils of the Forest Steppe. Research methods are field, measuring and measuring-weighing, laboratory, statistical, calculation-comparative. It was established that the nutrient regime of the soil of the experimental plots was such that the availability of mobile nitrogen was high, due to the mineralization of peat organic matter, and was in the range of 314-586 mg/kg of soil. The dynamics of providing the soil with mobile phosphorus thanks to the vivianite layers in the peatland ranged from 81 to 123 mg/kg, which also corresponded to its high content in the soil. The content of potassium after application of potassium fertilizers at a dose of 60 kg/ha in the soil was at the level of medium and high supply - 186-269 mg/kg of soil. Under the influence of the vegetating miscanthus grass, the potassium content gradually decreased and at the end of the growing season was 132-145 mg/kg of soil. Application of potash fertilizers at the rate of K60 increased the yield of dry biomass in all variants of the experiment, respectively, at a planting density of -25 thousand units/ha by 11.68 t/ha; 20 thousand pcs/ha for 11.79; 15 thousand pcs/ha for 10.16; 10 thousand pieces/ha for 8.8t/ha.  Product Description popup.authors Virjovka Volodimir Geda Ivan Gelevera Svitlana Malichko Natalij Opanasenko Olexandr Perez Sergy popup.nrat_date 2023-01-06 Close
