Key words: LEGUME-CEREAL STRIP CROPS, FERTILIZER, ORGANIC BULICULATION, DRAINED PEAT SOILS, YIELD, PHENOLOGICAL OBSERVATIONS. The object of research is the technological processes and agrotechnical measures of the cultivation of legume-cereal strip crops and the patterns of growth and development of perennial grasses on the drained peatlands of the Forest Steppe of Ukraine. Optimization of the nutrient regime of the soil was ensured by nitrogen (NO3) in the range of 386-620 mg/kg of soil; phosphorus content (P2O5) in the range of 75-104 mg/kg. The content of potassium (K2O) at the level of medium and high availability is 198-276 mg/kg. soil The highest productivity in total for two cuttings was provided by strip crops, which included alfalfa sickle-shaped (yellow) variety - Bride of the North - 41.8 t/ha of green mass or 8.62 t/ha of dry matter, with a profitability of cultivation of 128.3%, which in comparison with the control, perennial grasses, the increase was 2.01t/ha of dry weight and the profitability of cultivation increased by 41.2%. Strip crops of perennial legume-cereal grasses, with alfalfa and clover compared to the cereal grass stand (control) provide better feed quality, in particular by the content of crude protein by 3.79%, protein by 4.09%, crude fat by 0.48%, dry mass digestibility by 19.02%. The estimated amount of symbiotically fixed nitrogen accumulated by leguminous grasses on alfalfa is 11-26 kg/ha; on clover - 17 kg/ha; 18 kg/ha Product Description popup.authors Virjovka Volodimir Geda Ivan Gelevera Svitlana Malichko Natalij Opanasenko Olexandr Perez Sergy popup.nrat_date 2023-01-06 Close
