Registration Date 06-01-2023 Organization State Institution "Institute of pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology named after acad. O.M. Luk'yanova of National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 As a result of the conducted research, it was found that hypertensive disorders are a common complication in pregnant women after DRT and make up, according to the data, 42.5%. Additional risk factors for gestational hypertension and preeclampsia in patients after DRT were identified: "pathological childbirth" during previous pregnancies, secondary infertility, use of donor eggs, transfer of cryopreserved embryos, intergenetic interval of 10 years or more. It was established that the prognostic value of the generally accepted method of assessing the risk of preeclampsia and the preventive effectiveness of aspirin are low. A significant decrease in PLGF and PAPP-A concentration was found in all pregnant women who developed preeclampsia. It was established that the lower the level of PLGF in the blood of pregnant women in the 1st trimester, the higher the risk of developing preeclampsia. It has been confirmed that the determination of angiogenesis markers (sFlt-1, PIGF and their relationship) has a high prognostic value in order to assess the risk of developing preeclampsia and its progression and contributes to reducing the frequency of complications and perinatal losses, since the adoption of appropriate measures in a number of cases allows timely correction of the pathological condition . A high level of the sFlt-1:PlGF ratio, determined both before and after 34 weeks, determines a significantly higher risk of developing preeclampsia - more than four times. The novelty of the work is that the revealed clinical, paraclinical and biochemical risk factors of pregnancy-associated hypertension in women who became pregnant after the use of DRT allow us to expand the indications to include such patients in the risk groups of gestational hypertensive disorders for timely pathogenetic prevention of these complications and thorough pregnancy monitoring.
