The object of the study: mineral and vitamin status in healthy children and in children with socially significant diseases. Research methods - clinical (collection of complaints and anamnesis, objective examination); sociometric (survey of healthy children and children with socially significant diseases to determine food supply of Ca, P, Mg, Zn, vitamins D, A, E, B12, B9 based on analysis of weekly diet); laboratory (quantification of the concentration of vitamin B12, folate, 25-OH vitamin D, vitamin E (VE), A (VA), zinc ions (Zn2+), levels of phosphorus, calcium, magnesium) in the serum of children using colorimetric microplate ELISA, statistical processing. It has been established that the exposure of children to UV rays in the winter period of the year reaches about 30 minutes in children with socially significant diseases and in healthy children.
