The substantiation and development of the concept of creating intelligent microgrid management systems with polygeneration of local objects for a dynamic energy management system using Internet of Things technology were carried out. There were developed and implemented a model of dynamic energy management system of microgrids with polygeneration based on mixed modes of generation and consumption of electricity to ensure minimization of energy supply costs. Adaptation of neural network models for forecasting generation by renewable energy sources in a combined power supply system was carried out. A technological platform of management systems for the combined power supply of a local facility based on the Internet of Things with adaptive modeling of predictive assessment of generation by renewable energy sources (on the example of a wind-solar installation) has been developed. The choice of an information and hardware set of software and technical support for managing microgrids of local objects based on a conditional dynamic tariff using the technology Internet of Things is substantiated.
