The object of research is the processes of transformation of forest-agrarian and natural phytocenoses of reclaimed lands in the basins of small rivers of the Left Bank Forest Steppe under modern conditions of climate change. The purpose of the work is to deepen the scientific foundations of the development of soil and water resources management technologies based on the development of ways of environmental protection, ecologically safe and economically efficient use and protection of land in agricultural landscapes, improvement of the theoretical foundations of the study of agroecosystems in the basins of small rivers of the Left Bank Forest Steppe of Ukraine, justification of the sustainable development of agroecosystems of small rivers Left Bank Forest Steppe. Research methods - field - to determine the interaction of individual elements in agrocenoses; measuring-weighing ‒ for determining productivity in agrocenoses, water-physical properties of the soil; laboratory ‒ to determine quantitative and qualitative characteristics of soil, plants and water; mathematical and statistical - to establish the probability of the obtained results; calculation-comparative ‒ to determine the economic, energy, and environmental assessment of research results.
