It was determined that the materials synthesized at room temperature on the basis of potassium-magnesium phosphate are characterized by a monophasic, dense and homogeneous structure. At the same time, they are superior in terms of strength and corrosion resistance to protective matrices that are traditionally made using Portland cement. Systematization of the state of the mineral-raw material base for the creation of new phosphate matrix materials has been carried out. Samples of model inactive ash obtained by pyrolytic treatment of wood. Using the methods of X-ray phase analysis, it was established that the composition of the ash largely contains phosphorus-containing compounds, in particular, hydroxylapatite Ca5(PO4)3(OH) and calcium oxyphosphate Ca4(PO4)2O. The synthesis conditions and established technological approaches for obtaining phosphate composites as potential matrices for the localization of ash from the burning of radioactively contaminated wood are determined.  Product Description popup.authors Pylypenko Olexandr V.
