A theoretical model of the formation of personal strategies for the organization of life in the conditions of war and disasters has been developed, which contains two levels of mastery over one's own life, which become the basis for the transformation of the individual's own life strategies - reductive, aimed primarily at adaptation to, and developmental, aimed at integration with the environment of one's own life.
