The object of the study is the incidence of intestinal parasitosis, the invasiveness of Blastocystis spp. adult population and patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. The purpose of the study is to study the prevalence of opportunistic parasitosis in patients with non-specific diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. The theoretical value of the work is that the evolution of the epidemic process of parasitic infestations in Ukraine was investigated for the first time. The growth of the role of opportunistic protozoa is shown, which is confirmed by our own data: 95.6% of the detected intestinal parasites belonged to Blastocystis spp. The scientific novelty of the work is that, for the first time in Ukraine, the frequency of detection of BI among patients with various gastroenterological diagnoses has been established. The highest incidence was in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases - (40.3±5.6)%, the lowest - with diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract (15.3±4.7)%, p<0.05, the incidence in patients with PCOS (32 ,1±4.4), statistically did not differ from the indicator in the State Government - (24.3±2.3)%, which is discussed in the world. Complaints were absent in (25.1%±3.1)% of non-infested and in (12.1%±3.2)% of infested HP individuals, p<0.05. The practical significance of the work – it is shown that a set of several characteristic complaints can be considered a clinical manifestation of BI, they were reliably more common in people with BI. In GD patients, clinical and laboratory data, except for parasitological research, did not indicate the presence of BI. Practical significance – substantiated approaches to laboratory diagnosis and control of the effectiveness of treatment of BI in patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Scientific novelty - among the detected morphological forms in patients with HD, vacuolar ones prevailed, and in patients with HP - g Product Description popup.authors Danko Oleg Dyachenko Olga Sopil Hanna Filchakov Igor popup.nrat_date 2023-01-06 Close
