The goal of the project is development the method for calculating cyclic creep and long-term strength of structural elements of turbines and GTE. Research methods: methods of solid mechanics and applied mathematics: theories of plasticity and creep, continuum damage mechanics, finite element method, differential methods of integration of initial problems, experimental. Methods for assessing the deformation and long-term strength of turbine and GTE structural elements have been developed. New and modernized existing algorithms for determining the thermal and stress-strain state, creep and damage accumulation, taking into account cyclic overloads, were developed. The constitutive equation for the case of interaction of creep and low- and multi-cycle loading processes was developed and modernized. The results of verification calculations in uniaxial stress state and for models of structural elements are presented. The technology of creating thin protective coatings for structural elements operating at elevated temperatures and loads has been developed.
