The purpose of research: increasing the productivity of Ukraine's main winter crops in conditions of climate change and soil degradation. The following tasks were performed during the research: the most productive varieties of wheat, barley and rapeseed hybrids of winter forms adapted to the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine were selected; wheat varieties and winter rapeseed hybrids most suitable for irrigation conditions were determined; the impact of the stubble biodestroyer on the processes of post-harvest residue decomposition and soil fertility indicators was investigated; the effectiveness of biological preparations on the productivity of the studied cultures was evaluated; the impact of meteorological factors on the growth, development, and productivity of wheat, barley, and winter rapeseed plants was investigated; the influence of the elements of cultivation technology on the productivity of the studied crops was studied. In experimental researches special methods of scientific researches are used - field, laboratory and comparative and calculated.
