A complex of the most informative physiological, biochemical biomarkers and tests of aging of the cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal systems of the body, autonomic regulation and metabolism has been selected. A method is proposed for correcting the systematic error of the multiple regression equation when calculating biological age (BA), which eliminates the overestimation of the estimated age in young people and the underestimation in the elderly. Regression models of BA of the cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal systems of the body and the autonomic regulation system have been developed. Clinical laboratory studies were carried out in 735 healthy people. A method has been developed for estimating the metabolic age of a person by using multiple stepwise regression and training a deep neural network. A method for assessing BA in people based on the indicators of a clinical blood test using a neural network has also been developed. An express method has been developed for diagnosing the rate of human aging using a questionnaire that includes signs of aging using the neural network training method. This method can be used to preselect patients at risk of accelerated aging for further depth studies. The use of a neural network made it possible to increase the accuracy of BV determination by 1.5 times. The advantages of the proposed technology for determining the rate of aging of the body is a comprehensive approach to assessing the aging of the main systems of the body, which makes it possible to build a profile of human aging and assess the individual risk of developing a particular age-related pathology.
