The subject of the research is a web-based software system for accounting for consumed gas. The goal of the work is to implement a web application that, unlike well-known solutions in this field, is made using free software technologies and is clearly oriented to the requirements of the software customer. Research methods – methods of system analysis, methods of computer modeling, methods of object-oriented design and programming, optimization methods. Research results: a comparative analysis of known natural gas consumption accounting systems was performed, the advantages of creating your own web application were described; created a system of users with different levels of access to data; a personal office for legal entities has been implemented, which allows to establish interaction between clients, the payment system for consumed gas and the information system of Ternogaz LLC; an intuitive web application interface with the possibility of quick adaptation has been developed.
