Object: Normal and changed under the influence of various factors human tissues and organs. The purpose: to establish the relationship between classical and morphological studies of soft tissue pathology and physical effects based on three physical phenomena: scattering, fluorescence and diffraction of X-rays methods: X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, X-ray diffractometry, X-ray reflectometry, electron microscopy. For the first time, X-ray spectra of X-ray scattering by biological tissues were measured. A significant difference was established in the ratio of Compton and Rayleigh peaks for different categories of tissues, including those with pathology. The possibility of quantitative determination of the ratio of the intensities of the scattering peaks and the ratio of the intensities of the Kα Kβ lines of fluorescent radiation is substantiated. Fluorescence. On the basis of standard samples of water solutions of the PM type, liquid mixtures were prepared for the calibration of the X-ray fluorescence analyzer for trace elements. An experimental measurement of the content of trace elements in the tissues of malignant tumors of the large intestine was carried out. According to the results of the research, trace elements are divided into three groups depending on their participation in the process of carcinogenesis. For the first time, the XRD method was used for the study of a shrapnel wound using a non-standard wavelength range. It has been established that the oxidation of a foreign body in the body to the formation of a lower FeO oxide takes place within several months. With increasing time, there is a transition to the intermediate oxide Fe3O4 and, finally, to the higher oxide Fe2O3. An application for the issuance of a Ukrainian patent for a method of determining biological materials has been submitted. The article is prepared for publication in journals with the Q2-Q4 quarter. Scientific articles were published in the journals Q2 (1 article), (Q4) (2 articles).
