BIOGENIC AND SYNTHETIC MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES, MAGNETO-OPTICAL ANALYSIS, FACTORS OF BLOOD COAGULATION AND FIBRINOLYSIS. The object of the study is the method of determining the dependent dynamic parameters of biogenic and synthesized iron-containing nanoparticles; processes of obtaining magnetic nanoparticles. The purpose of the work is to increase the accuracy of laboratory studies of blood coagulation factors and fibrinolysis using the developed magneto-optical method and the efficiency of the technology of obtaining them from blood plasma by using synthesized iron-containing nanoparticles. Research methods: magneto-optical analysis; chemical synthesis; magnetic separation; photometric; coagulological; statistical. The following scientific and practical results were obtained: a magneto-optical stand was created; a new, sensitive express test was developed for the quantitative analysis of biogenic magnetically dependent nanoparticles in biological fluids; experimentally confirmed its effectiveness for rapid testing of synthetic magnetic nanoparticles; original technologies for obtaining iron-containing nanoparticles were developed; the effect of synthesized nanoparticles on the activity of blood coagulation factors VIII and IX was investigated. Degree of implementation: acts of implementation, reports at international scientific forums, publications in scientific literature. Field of application: blood centers, chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises, research organizations. The implementation of research results will allow creating a new modern device for magneto-optical research of biogenic and synthetic magnetic nanoparticles, which will become the basis for the creation of diagnostic test systems in hematology and transfusiology. 17 scientific works were published, including 4 articles, 13 abstracts of reports, 6 in supplements to journals at international forums abroad, one patent.
