Objeсt: human peripheral blood lymphoсytes (HPBL). Purpose: to investigate the influence of the culture medium from the transplanted culture of human non-small cell lung cancer cells A-549 on the frequency of chromosome aberrations in the PBL of conditionally healthy individuals. Method: cytogenetic. Results: a cytogenetic study of the influence of the culture medium from human lung cancer cells A-549 on the frequency of chromosome aberrations in the PBL of healthy individuals was carried out. The volume of the culture medium of A-549 cells for modeling the development of the tumor-induced bystander effect in HPBL has been established.
