In accordance with the last year calculations of the improved geometry of the dielectric resonator (DR), suitable for enhancing EPR signals of thin films and coatings, its elements were made in the form of rectangles with dimensions of 5.9x5.5x5.64 mm3 from BaTi4O9+8.5% ZnO (ε≈36) ceramics. Using EPR measurements, elements without EPR signals were experimentally selected. A DR holder is made, which allows rotation around a horizontal axis for precise positioning of the DR in a standard metal ТЕ102 cavity. A DR was formed from two elements with a gap between them of up to 0.5 mm on the manufactured holder. An experimental verification of the DR efficiency was carry out on a SiOx/Si sample with film and substrate thicknesses of 950nm and 300 m, respectively. An approximately 4-fold increase in the EPR signal of the thin film was registered. Product Description popup.authors Vorona Ihor P. Golovina Iryna S.
