The influence of spin and orbital flows of the evanescent field on anisotropic microplates, gold nanoparticles, erythrocytes with the possibility of applying such influence, in particular, for biomedical problems, is analyzed. The peculiarities of the behavior of micro- and nanoparticles in vector polarization-inhomogeneous fields is established, with the possibility of evaluating the coherent properties of the fields and diagnostics the longitudinal component of the field. A method of correlation-optical diagnostics of the structure of speckle fields based on the features of the movement of fluorescent carbon nanoparticles is developed, which can be applied in image processing tasks for the diagnosis of remote objects. The obtained results are basic for the creation of micro- and nanomanipulators, tweezers, as well as systems for the diagnostics of strongly scattering media and can be used in micro- and nanoelectronics, precision chemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, and medicine.
