Subject of research: porosity rate and elasticity modulus of coatings of titanium alloy VT1-0 and zirconium alloy KTC-110. The purpose of research: development of an experimental-theoretical method for determining the modulus of elasticity of individual layers during bending of a two-layer beam of rectangular section; establishment of a functional relationship between the modulus of elasticity of coatings made of titanium alloy VT1-0 and zirconium alloy KTC-110, applied to the base of titanium alloy VT6 by the method of microplasma spraying, and their degree of porosity. Research methods: when developing the methodology, the modulus of elasticity of the coating will be determined through the geometric dimensions of the coating and the base, the modulus of elasticity of the base and the experimentally established bending stiffness of the entire composition in an explicit form by establishing and further solving algebraic equations. Empirical dependencies of the modulus of elasticity of the coating on its porosity indicators will be obtained by constructing a linear regression using the method of least squares. Research results: obtained a mathematical formula for explicitly determining the modulus of elasticity of a separate layer of a double-layer beam; Empirical formulas for determining the modulus of elasticity of coatings made of VT1-00 and KTC-110 alloys in the stretching and compression zones depending on their porosity are substantiated.
