Registration Date 10-01-2023 Organization Institute of Physics of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 The report includes an introduction - a detailed abstract (Section 1). A study of the change in the shape of a beam (rod) made of magneto-active elastomer (MAE) in the magnetizing is described in Section 2. The MAE has low elastic modulus and capable to plastic deformation and are filled with ferromagnetic micro- or nanoparticles. The beam is fixed at one end and placed in the transverse magnetic field. Section 3 is devoted to the magnetocaloric effect in a three-layer nanostructure of the spin valve type. It is shown that effect is enhanced compared to a bulk magnet and can be useful in nanoelectronics. Chapter 4 describes a spin-Hall nano-oscillator based on a domain wall in an easy-axis antiferromagnet. It is shown that the spin current polarized along the anisotropy axis excites the conical precession of the Néel vector in the domain wall, which generates an alternating electric current with an oscillation frequency up to THz. In Chapter 5, based on the combined Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire and Stephenson-Hyland (LGD-SH) approach, the electrochemical switching and rotation of the electric polarization in a multiaxial ferroelectric film covered with ions with a charge density determined by the oxygen pressure is described. Chapter 6 is devoted to the calculation of the equilibrium distribution of the current carrier’s concentration in a semiconductor double quantum well (2QW). The task is motivated by research on 2QW CdMgTe / CdTe / CdMgTe / CdMnTe / CdMgTe. Chapter 7 is devoted to the development of the technique and the growth of semimetallic Bi(111) nanofilms on Si(111) by the MBE method and the formation of a protective MgO layer on their surface. During the war, the task was completed by the co-authors of the project at the Chemnitz University of, Germany. The materials of the report, published in 6 articles and one submitted for publication, as well as in abstracts of an international conference, in total 7 +1 publication.
