It was shown that mimimal value of the energy of the tensor field is attained on the Nambu-Goldstone scalar boson composed of the tensor and gravitational fields. It was found that the cosmological constant is determined by the vacuum expectation value of the composite boson and its close to zero experimental value is allowed by the choice of the parameters of the potential. These results agree with the data of international collaboration "Planck" and are important for further development of cosmology, high-energy physics, condensed matter theory and construction of the unified theory of fundamental interactions.
