The stability of these phases during irradiation with hydrogen plasma with a heat load of 0.2 MJ/m2 was established. QC icosahedral phase was found to be less prone to cracking than coatings with crystalline phases. It was established that the values of nanohardness, modulus of normal elasticity and strength for the 2/1AC phase are greater than for the QC phase. The value of strength for the 2/1AC phase exceeds this parameter for diamond-like coatings with greater thickness and better adhesion. Physical models of switching between states with high and low electrical resistance in the Mo/p-CdTe/Mo film structure under the action of electromagnetic pulses have been developed. For the first time, the simultaneous presence of S and N-type sections on the current-current characteristics of this structure was observed. It is shown that the device structures based on the CdS/CdTe film heterosystems are radiation resistant and can withstand powerful radiation-heat loads with an accumulated dose of 2.42×107 Gy.
