The results of experimental studies of fiber concrete compositions regarding the influence of the type of dispersed reinforcement and its amount on compressive strength, the influence of production technology and the content of components on strength characteristics, the influence of the composition of the mixture and the technology of its preparation on the impact strength of fiber concrete elements are presented. A structural solution has been developed and the technical and economic characteristics of an autonomous rapidly constructed protective structure for civil protection with load-bearing structures made of fiber concrete have been determined. The architectural, structural and engineering solutions for indoor shelters to protect the civilian from the consequences of emergency situations of a military nature (dual-purpose shelters and shelters on the floor) were proposed.
