Its experimental sample was manufactured and adjusted. The program for controlling the operation of the test signal generator in the frequency range of 0 - 1 MHz has been developed, and the results of its testing with the hardware unit have been obtained. Complex laboratory tests of the hardware part and the developed software of the basic module of the analyzer together with the measuring circuit unit and electrical equivalents of the sensors in the working frequency range were carried out, as well as the approbation of measurements of the parameters of real impedance objects. The functional and metrological characteristics provided by the technical task have been confirmed. The possibility of measuring impedance parameters at frequencies up to 1 MHz with amplitude and phase errors not exceeding 0.1% has been proven. Realized adjustment of the test voltage and constant voltage on the object of measurement with errors at the level of 0.02 - 0.05%. The obtained results will make it possible to create a compact and inexpensive biosensor analyzer for measurements by the spectral impedance method and studies of the characteristics of biosensor transducers.
