A method of forecasting a migration process is proposed. We proposed and implemented computer programs for the models of cellular automata types. We developed the flexible structure of computer programs and proposed the structure of program modules and their interaction. The migration calculation is made for a server solution based on Guscuit for an unlimited number of users with the access the program using any mobile device. The implementation used the Model-View-Controller concept. The model provides data and responds to controller commands. View is responsible for displaying model data. This technology allows one to modify each component independently. Several calculation results are given. Attractiveness for each country is calculated or given in arbitrary numerical form. It displays the parameters, that are studied, such as the development index, gross income or other ones. Limits for each country are set numerically. The initial and boundary conditions for each country are given numerically.
