Research methods are clinical and otolaryngological, questionnaires, subjective and objective audiometry, vestibulometric examination, laboratory testing (determination of Ca and vitamin D3 levels in blood serum), X-ray ( absorption densitometry). The results of the work were obtained on the basis of the analysis of the clinical diagnostic examination of 90 patients aged 22 to 75 years. With the help of absorption densitometry, osteopenia was diagnosed in 71 patients and osteoporosis in 19 patients. Meniere 's disease was diagnosed in 11 people during audiovestibular testing, and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) in 79. According to the results of the survey using the Ukrainian version of the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI-UA), the majority of patients had moderate and severe quality of life impairment due to the physical, emotional and functional components. According to the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), more than half of the patients had anxiety and 20% had depression. No dependence was found between the indicators of anxiety and depression and the age of the patients, the state of mineral exchange of bone tissue, as well as ENT pathology. According to the data of subjective audiometry in 90 patients, normal hearing was found in 49 patients (54%), the rest of patients had mild to severe sensorineural hearing loss in the area of high and middle frequencies. In 63 (70%) patients, according to ABR and auditory adaptation test, changes in the central departments of the auditory analyzer were noted. Product Description popup.authors Bieliakova Iryna A.
