The aim of the work is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with exacerbation of bronchial asthma by conducting systemic enzyme therapy with enterosorbtion. Research methods: clinical-functional, immunological, statistical. It has been established: comorbid pathology of the gastrointestinal tract aggravates the course of bronchial asthma, which is confirmed by a high percentage of patients with uncontrolled symptoms of the disease, daily variability of PSV and variable severity of obstruction: up to 85.0 % with gastrointestinal pathology versus 30.5 % in its absence with a controlled course BA, up to 80.5 % versus 76.8 % without comorbid pathology in partially controlled BA and 100.0 % versus 85.5 % in uncontrolled BA. In patients with ZBA with comorbid pathology of the digestive organs, worse dynamics of immunological indicators were established in comparison with the group of patients without it: a higher frequency of increase in the content of leukocytes (50.0 % and 44.0 %), lymphocytes (55.0 % and 41.6 %), neutrophils (50.0% and 38.9 %) and a decrease in the content of monocytes (45.0 % and 38.9 %); higher frequency of increase in the content of T-lymphocytes (50.0 % and 33.4 %) and T-helpers (50.0 % and 36.1 %), levels of immunoglobulins of the main classes, including Ig E (80.0 % and 33.3 %) and CIC (33.3 % and 20.4 %) and, more often, a decrease in the content of NK cells (65.0 % and 41.7 %). Was identified immunological criteria, on the basis of which patients with ZBA with comorbid pathology of the digestive organs are proposed to additionally prescribe a combination of enterosorbents and systemic enzyme therapy drugs according to the schemes; in 13.3 % of patients, an increase in the leukocyte index of intoxication was additionally determined, and in 34.9%, an increase in CIC levels was additionally determined.
