The implementation of these tasks consists in the development of relatively simple nano-sized devices as elementary building blocks of future quantum technology, an important part of which will be quantum memory. On the example of gadolinium orthochromite and erbium orthoferrite, the mechanisms of spin reversals and exchange shift in similar magnetic materials were revealed. It is shown that the external magnetic field near the compensation point causes a weak additional skew of the magnetic moments of the transition metal, disrupting the energy balance of isotropic and anisotropic exchange interactions in the system of transition metal ions and rare earth ions. As a result of this, unidirectional anisotropy arises, associated with the direction of the uncompensated ferromagnetic moment of the transition metal ion in complete analogy with the layered ferromagnet - antiferromagnet structures, where the phenomenon of exchange shift was discovered earlier. A good agreement between experiment and theory was obtained. It is shown that the combination of two spectroscopic methods - measurements of differential conductivity and shot noise in quantum coherent conductors allows to obtain unique information about quantum transport in the studied structure, and the presence of a superconducting electrode significantly increases the sensitivity of these spectra to the mode of charge transport through a phase-coherent sample. It was established that the replacement of impurities that preserve the symmetry of the reverse time with those that break it, allows to find out experimentally the quantum nature of the investigated conductor Product Description popup.authors Zhytlukhina Olena S.
