The subject of the study is software and technological solutions for analyzing and comparing texts. The purpose of the research is to promote the introduction of new services for text analysis in the Latvian National Digital Library (LNDL) and the National Repository of Academic Texts of Ukraine (NRATU). During the research, general scientific and unique research methods were used, in particular: comparison, descent from the abstract to the concrete, grouping, system analysis, and heuristic (expert evaluations). Within the framework of the R&D, a review of methods, tools, and approaches to the organization of search processes in large text arrays were carried out, as well as an own model of data search, comparison, and analysis of texts was implemented in practice, its description was given and testing was carried out. A public website of the project was created for the widest possible acquaintance of experts and the general scientific public with the project, discussion of the obtained results, and involvement of the academic community.
