The subject of research are models, methods, techniques, architectural solutions and tools for evaluating physical and computational models of the CPS. The purpose of the work is to create an information and analytical platform to support the CPS functioning on the basis of the development of methodical and algorithmic tools for ensuring the guaranteed functioning of physical and computational models for the CPS in real time under the influence of destabilizing risk factors and uncertainties of various nature, taking into account the margin of permissible risk. A new concept and strategy for building an information and analytical platform to support the CPS is proposed. The strategy is implemented using the principle of timely detection of causes and prevention of a possible transition of the normal mode of facility's operation to an abnormal mode, which ensures the safety and survivability of the functioning for the physical process models of the guaranteed CES operation in real time as a basic system of timely decision-making and implementation of actions to promptly prevent possible emergency situations, accidents and catastrophes. The originality of the proposed solution for various decision-making systems is determined by approaches to the formation of knowledge bases with sets of fuzzy logical rules and the construction of these rules on the basis of statistical information obtained during the operation of the system, methods of training and retraining of fuzzy knowledge bases, as well as the possibility of automatically determining the optimal number clusters, and therefore the number of fuzzy logical rules, with the help of which the system functioning process is controlled.
