The object of the study: endoscopic surgery, fast-track surgery, anesthesiological support of the patient, thyroid and parathyroidism, occlusive-stenotic diseases of the arteries of the lower extremities in patients with obliterating atherosclerosis and diabetes, varicose veins of the superficial veins of the lower extremities, uterine fibroids and anatomic-functional condition of the reproductive system of infertile women of reproductive age, degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the musculoskeletal system, prostate adenoma, diseases of the maxillary sinus Subject of research: thyroid and parathyroid glands, nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, internal and reproductive organs, abdominal wall, vessels and joints, atomic force microscopy, methods of pre-laminated treatment of implants. The purpose of the work: To improve the results of treatment of patients with a surgical profile, by optimizing the complex of minimally invasive surgical interventions and their anesthetic support according to a multimodal rapid recovery program. Research methods - systematic approach, content analysis, bibliosemantic, epidemiological, statistical, clinical, clinical-laboratory. As a result of the implementation of the first stage of the NDR 2022–2024, a study was conducted aimed at studying the clinical features of the provision of specialized and highly specialized medical care using a new multimodal approach to treatment, which includes both an improved technique of minimally invasive surgical intervention and optimized methods of anesthesiological support patient, preoperative preparation, management of patients in the postoperative period, in the conditions of "fast track surgery" and short-term surgical hospital.
