Description

The work is devoted to the development of methods and means of designing computer systems for the training of personnel of energy enterprises, the search for effective instrumental support of information technologies for the design and construction of computer simulators by industry specialists, which will allow to ensure the mass of the development due to the reduction of costs for the development of such systems. On the basis of the structure and composition of operational and dispatching staff of the energy industry of Ukraine, an effective composition of computer tools for personnel training has been determined, which ensures the necessary level of their competence in accordance with industry documents. An analysis and evaluation of the existing technology for the construction of personnel training tools was carried out and a new computer technology was selected with minimum requirements for the competence of developers in the field of programming during development with the effective use of existing educational content editors.
