At the end of the experiment, the survival of the birds in the experimental group was 97.3% (for the period from 12 to 34 days) of them: chickens with signs of conjunctivitis accounted for 1.7% and perosis - 1.3%. Therefore, the drug in the specified dose caused a decrease in the percentage of birds with clinical signs of conjunctivitis and perosis. The content of vitamin A at the end of the experiment (the second drinking of the drug) was greater than the lower limit of the norm in 50% of the birds of the experimental group, and on average was 184.0±6.51 μg/100 ml against 159.6±4.81 μg/100 ml for the corresponding value in birds of the control group. That is, at doses of 1 ml/l of water, the vitamin-amino acid complex "Abetka for animals" restores the metabolism of vitamin A, which is confirmed by the results of a clinical study of broiler chickens at the end of the experiment. During the study of mineral metabolism, it was established that after the end of the experiment, the calcium content of 90% of the birds was higher than the lower limit of the norm. That is, during the third blood sampling (second drinking of the drug), the concentration of this macroelement in chickens of the control group was 2.3±0.06 mmol/l, and in the experimental group a probable (p<0.05) increase to 2.5± 0.04 mmol/l. The difference between the content of total calcium in the birds of the third and first selection of the research group was 13% (р<0.001). The content of inorganic phosphorus in the blood serum of chickens of the control and experimental groups at the end of the experiment had no significant difference and was on average 2.5±0.08 and 2.4±0.06 mmol/l, respectively.
