In this study, a computer model of the passage of ion flows through cylindrical nanopores was developed, which simulates etched ion tracks in modern track biosensors. The work also uses a modified method of classical molecular dynamics (MD). Charges imitating its real structure (ionized atoms, broken bonds, etc.) are located on the inner surface of the cylindrical pore. In addition, adsorption centers (AC) are modeled on the inner surface. They are holes through which particles can go outside the nanocylinder. At the moment of crossing the surface of the nanotrack, the model predicts the inclusion of the Hooke force (F = − kx), which tends to push the ion back into the nanocylinder. The depth of the AC potential pit is determined by the value of the Hooke coefficient k. The passage of charged particles through a cylindrical pore is simulated. A continuous flow of model particles (MP) through the nanocylinder is ensured. The peculiarity of the new approach to the development of biosensors is to use the possibility of identifying bio-pollutants by measuring relatively simple physical parameters. The developed model allows studying the sensitivity of the biosensor, depending on the parameters of its components. Several (n) extraneous particles (changed charge, size, etc.) are introduced into the flow of ions. At the same time, we observe the corresponding change in current. We define the sensitivity of the device as n / N, where N is the total number of particles in the track. With the help of the developed model, experimental laboratories are currently optimizing the parameters of track biosensors.
