Objective: improvement of the system of medical and psychological support to families raising young children with impaired psychomotor development, by creating a system of their medical and psychological support in a routine-oriented model of early intervention. Methods: Ecomep, Beck Depression Scale, Parental Stress Index, Reflective Functioning Questionnaire, questionnaires for parents regarding the early intervention service. Results: the technology of family-centered early intervention was improved due to the implementation of a routine-based model and its effectiveness was proven during the Covid 19 pandemic and at the beginning of russia's large-scale aggression. An online format that ensures continuity of support has been tested. A system-forming factor in the organization of case management in early intervention is the family's priorities in its daily activities. Participatory counseling, which is aimed at involving family members in the process of making conscious decisions, is substantiated. The need for the participation of doctors in the early intervention team has been proven, and the meaningful difference in the competencies and approaches of general practitioners and doctors in early intervention has been determined. Novelty: for the first time in Ukraine, the effectiveness of early intervention in war conditions has been proven, participatory practices have been applied to form partnerships between specialists and parents, and the developmental possibilities of routines have been used for the natural learning of young children with developmental delays and disabilities in daily activities. Efficacy: increasing the effectiveness of early intervention through the involvement of parents at all stages of service provision and their implementation of basic developmental interventions in the home environment.
