Based on this, an extremely relevant and important task for us arises - attracting investors to promote the economic development of the territories of Ukraine. The investment attractiveness of economic entities and territories of the country directly depends on the degree of development of the transport infrastructure. In the course of this work, the conceptual issues of creating an integrated system for tracking the location of urban transport units were considered as the basis for improving the efficiency of urban transport management. The work describes in detail the work with data that is collected from different sensors and beacons and stored in the operational monitoring database. Databases were designed: operational control of the movement of transport units and an archive database. When outputting data through the I/O system to external devices, the data must be processed, as the system may operate on the basis of incomplete data. To predict the values of the parameters, it is proposed to use the algorithm for recovering missing values by the method of singular spectral analysis. Technologies for obtaining information from the database of operational monitoring of traffic and displaying it on the stop board were considered. The paper explored the parsing technology in detail and described the benefits it provides. In the context of the rapid increase in data volumes, many standard computing tools and traditional algorithmic approaches are largely unsuitable, the possibility of applying intelligent approaches to data processing is described: neural network classification.
