Method of research - theoretical and model analysis of physical properties of solids and electromagnetic fields generated by sources of different configuration. The theoretical description of the crowding excitations in complex three-dimensional crystal lattices is presented, which adequately reflects the physical nature of the crowding and allows to effectively take into account the most essential features of the structure and dynamics of the crowding in a real crystal. The problem of diffraction of E-polarized light at normal incidence on a lattice formed by an unlimited sequence of infinitely thin metal strips is solved. Particular attention is paid to the methods of synthesis and study of two-dimensional structures, such as stabilization of 2D films in the matrix of other two-dimensional materials. The revealed outstanding mechanical, electronic, magnetic and optical properties of the studied films can be widely used in electronics, spintronics, photovoltaics, photocatalysis, gas sensing and many other fields of fundamental and applied research.. Based on the results of the research, a list of promising directions for adjusting the physical properties of technologically important functional materials was developed.
