Research methods - general scientific methods: logical analysis, generalization; special historical methods: comparative-historical, problem-chronological, statistical, etc. The results of the research - collected, systematized and analyzed materials of modern history of Ukraine, which were discovered in the late XX - early XXI century. Significant source material was introduced into scientific circulation, which allows to trace changes in the military, political, social, sports sphere of Ukraine. The main emphasis in the research is made on the collection of materials and their study on the topic "Russian-Ukrainian war". The information obtained in 2022 makes it possible to reveal and show important processes in the life of the Ukrainian people. The results of the research are already used in practical museum activities and can be used in the creation of new generalizing and specialized studies on various aspects of the history of modern Ukraine, in the preparation of training courses in secondary and higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
