Methods of quality control of the new drug have been developed, which will be included in the draft document "Methods of quality control of the medicinal product". The method of determining sodium selenite was validated, its specificity, correctness and precision were confirm.Models of subchronic tetrachloromethane- and paracetamol-induced hepatitis in male rats were reproduced to substantiate the effectiveness of a new cathazine-based agent for the correction of liver, thyroid gland, and spermatogenesis disorders. It has been established that the new product based on cathazine and selenium-containing compounds exhibits pronounced antioxidant activity, restores the pro-antioxidant balance in the liver and the body as a whole, increases the enzymatic activity of the liver, normalizes lipid metabolism, spermogram indicators, and contributes to the restoration of the thyroid condition. The economic effectiveness of the use of this agent in comorbid pathologies is shown.  Product Description popup.authors Belkina Inna O. Boyko Marina O. Burma Tetyana Yu. Vakula Volodymyr M.
