On the basis of remote introgressive crossings of wheat with hexaploid amphiploids-synthetics, a series of original drought-resistant lines of winter wheat with both red and white grain was obtained. A promising breeding material of winter triticale with high drought tolerance and grain productivity, resistance to most fungal leaf diseases, optimal plant height, high threshing quality and excellent grain fullness was created.
