The technology of integrated education of junior high school students on the basis of the competence approach, the technology of formation of prognostic skills in junior high school students, the technology of formation of junior high school students’ ability to research scientific and artistic text, the technology of formation of elementary school students’ skills in working with data, the technology of formation of media literacy in junior high school students by means of language was developed -literary field, technology for assessing personal and educational achievements of primary school students; didactic-methodical principles of control and assessment of educational achievements of junior high school students in the context of the implementation of the latest functions of control and assessment activities; criteria and indicators for measuring educational and personal achievements of primary school students; the method of creating diagnostic tasks for formative and summative assessment of learning outcomes, input diagnosis of students' learning from various educational fields based on their leading goals. A methodical resource for the introduction of learning technologies, taking into account the characteristics of elementary school cycles, methodical recommendations for organizing the educational process in elementary school based on the competence approach was developed and implemented. The results of the study are practically oriented and ensure the implementation of the educational process in the primary school in accordance with the new conceptual principles of its functioning.
