The object of the research is educational digital content with augmented reality. The purpose of the study is to develop criteria and indicators for evaluating the quality of educational digital content with augmented reality. Research methods: analysis of psychological-pedagogical, scientific-methodological publications, regulatory and legal documentation, current domestic and international standards, theories, and concepts on the research problem; generalization and systematization of domestic and foreign experience of using objects of augmented reality in educational practice and development of criteria and indicators for evaluating the quality of such objects; expert assessment to determine criteria and indicators for determining the quality of educational digital content with augmented reality; generalization of the obtained research results. The main results obtained in the course of the research are as follows: the status of the use of augmented reality objects in the educational practice of teachers of special education is analyzed; criteria and indicators for determining the quality of augmented reality objects have been developed, namely: 1) technical and technological (indicators: installation of software on mobile devices, features of the software, contacts), 2) visual and dynamic (indicators: image, color scheme, playback process animations, sound reproduction process) and 3) content-methodical (indicators: content, methodical); methodical recommendations for evaluating AR objects and a roadmap for the implementation of criteria and indicators for evaluating the quality of educational digital content with augmented reality were developed.
