The object of the study: arterial hypertension (AH), coronary heart disease (CHD), in particular with comorbidities, dyscirculatory encephalopathy, coronavirus disease (COVID-19), post-COVID syndrome. The aim of the study: to improve the management of patients with AH, CHD and cerebrovascular disorders, combined with the certain comorbidities and consequences of COVID-19 pandemic, by the implementation of patient-centered approaches to their prevention and treatment. The methods: bibliosemantic, systems analysis, clinical, laboratory, instrumental, survey, statistical. The data from 547 patients and 63 controls were analyzed. For the first time, we carried out an analysis of the attitude of CHD patients with comorbid conditions regarding the implementation of patient-centered care in clinical practice. We determined the interest and readiness of the majority of surveyed CHD patients to use the basic principles of patient-centered care. We analyzed the certain theoretical and practical aspects of the management of patients with AH, CHD and cerebrovascular diseases, in particular accounting for the state of autonomic regulation, functional state of the endothelium and thyroid gland, blood pressure variability, the presence of hematological malignancies, as well in those suffered from the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We presented the evidence of the comorbidity as an important risk factor for the development of post-COVID syndrome, regardless the severity of acute SARS-CoV-2 infection. We proposed to use of a combination of edaravone, L-arginine/L-carnitine and xylitol-containing electrolyte solution as a method pharmacological treatment of patients with post-COVID conditions.
