The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency, transparency and adequacy of information support for the process of making management decisions of a strategic nature in the mode of the situational center in order to ensure the sustainable development of territorial communities in the course of administrative and territorial reform in Ukraine. As a result of the scientific research work, methods and models were created for assessing the level of sustainable development of territorial communities in the context of the quality and safety of people's lives. This toolkit is implemented in the form of software modules of an integrated platform for evaluation and scenario planning of sustainable development of the Information Analytical Situational Center of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The implementation of the results of this study at the level of territorial communities will contribute to the processes of democratization and increase the transparency of management decision-making, which, in the conditions of economic and administrative transformations taking place in Ukraine, will affect the reduction of social tensions of the population, the increase of the economic efficiency of the activities of territorial entities and the increase of their level security, and therefore the national security of Ukraine as a whole. The work is based on previous research of the author's team, which works on the problems of modeling, predicting and forecasting the behavior of complex socio-economic and security systems.
