The purpose of the work is to develop methods to increase the efficiency of material preparation and organization of two-phase flow in the gas jet grinder tracts. Research methods are numerical and experimental studies. Numerical and experimental studies in the gas jet grinder confirmed the perspective of using the optimal organization of the material flow at the entrance to the grinding chamber to increase the efficiency of gas jet grinding. Based on the modernization of the ejector design of the jet grinder, a method to increase its efficiency has been developed. An analysis of the possibilities to reduce the cost price and energy consumption from the standpoint of controlling the size of the material and the characteristics of sampling the technological process of mineral enrichment has been carried out. To control the size, a method of determining the distribution function by size classes according to the lognormal law for finely dispersed materials, regardless of their physical properties, has been proposed. New solutions and recommendations have been developed to improve the efficiency of material preparation and the organization of two-phase flow in the tracts of the gas jet grinder. The scientific significance of the results lies in the development of a gas-dynamic method of controlling gas flows in the tracts of a gas-jet grinder, as well as methods of material quality control in the technological cycle of mineral processing. The research results will be used for the further development of scientific foundations for the improvement of gas-jet power plants. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in determining the ejector design parameters, which ensure a uniformly accelerated flow at the exit from the ejector and a stable wall layer to protect the walls of the structure from wear.
