Domestic tourism in Ukraine under the conditions of the pandemic and the consequences of introducing quarantine measures for the global and Ukrainian tourism business are analyzed. Application of neuromarketing technologies to influence consumer decision-making in the market of tourist services through the influence on human sensory systems was conducted. A "sensory (neuro)" portrait of the preferences of female and male tourists was formed, which reflects the sensory senses of tourists, the impact of which will allow tourism organizations to influence better their behavior, emotions, and impressions. The development of the global and domestic coffee market as a supporting factor in forming coffee tourism destinations is analyzed. Features of the development of coffee tourism in Lviv are characterized. The theoretical aspects of the mystical tourism as a type of "dark" tourism are highlighted. The trends in the development of tourism in the Lviv region and the prerequisites for the development of mystical tourism have been analyzed, developed a map of the most popular "mystical" places of Ukraine and the Lviv region has been. The strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of mystical tourism are highlighted, with the subsequent formation of strategic actions for tourism companies; the program of the tour "Mystics of the dark Lviv region" is proposed. The institutional conditions for increasing the effectiveness of the socio-economic mechanism of state management of the tourism and recreation sphere of Ukraine are verified. A means of state management of investment of enterprises in the tourism industry has been built based on a cluster and recreational space. A comprehensive model of activation of investment processes in forming a recreational product service has been improved, taking into account the existing recreational potential of the territory and the characteristics of consumer behavior of the population depending on the level of family income.
